The UEF Vice President Tiina Eklund met the Secretariat of the FACE

Monday, February 09 , 2026 1997

The UEF Vice President Tiina Eklund had the very first meeting with the Secretariat of FACE in Brussels on the 27th of January.

FACE - The European Federation for Hunting and Conservation represents the interests of Europe’s 7 million hunters as an international non-profit-making non-governmental organization (INGO). This makes FACE the largest democratically representative body for hunters in the world and probably one of the largest European civil society organizations. FACE has as member hunters’ associations from 37 European countries. Its Secretariat is in Brussels.

The meeting was arranged in the FACE office and in the meeting Tiina Eklund gave a short presentation of the UEF and its activities. In the discussion it was noted that both organizations have already common partners.

Tiina Eklund invited FACE to collaborate with UEF in the future and welcomed the Secretariat to join the UEF events.
