International seminar in Germany Mainz 28 September

UEF will organize an important International seminar in Germany, in partnership with FECOF (European Federation of Forest Communities), BDF and Landesforsten Rheinland-Pfalz, the 28th of September.
This seminar will be about " Change processes and change management in forestry".
It will be hosted in the castle "Schloss Waldthausen", Im Wald 1, in Budenheim, close to Mainz.
Some welcoming words will be delivered by:
Michael Diemer, President of UEF
Pierre Grandadam, President of FECOF
Ulrike Höfken, Minister for Environment, Energy, Food and Forests of Rhineland-Palatinate.
Ulrich Dohle, Chairman of BDF
Keynote presentations will be done by
Dan Burgar-Kuzelicki (DG Agri): “Change Processes in European Forestry”
Prof. Ulrich Schraml: “Effects of change processes on the workforce in Forestry”
A panel discussion will follow with:
Håkan Nystrand, METO Finland
Alain Lesturgez, FECOF France
Prof. Dr. Ivan Paligorov, UBF Bulgaria
Dr. Mattia Busti, CONAF Italy
The seminar will be moderated by Hans Jacobs, BDF.
