GC Meeting in Cyprus

Second announcement - latest news
Dear colleagues, As already announced (first announcement, 21st April), this year the Governing Council Meeting of the UEF will be held in Larnaka city, in Cyprus from 22nd to 26th, October 2003. Documents containing technical information (Registration Form, Provisional Time table and Accommodation/Cost of participation) are already available.
So far, 31 participants have been registered, and we would be grateful if you fill in the Registration Form (if you have not done it yet) at the latest by the end of September (30/9/2003 closing date for registration)
A seminar entitled “Forest Recreation in Europe” will be held on Thursday 23rd October. Participating Unions or Associations are requested to present a single work related with the forest recreation in their own country. The maximum time for the presentation will be 10 minutes.

Concerning the participation fees, the payment can be effected the first day of the meeting, either in cash to the secretary of the meeting or to a local bank using your Visa card. Additional information and a detailed timetable will follow in the final announcement.
